Hire terms
Key terms for online bookings. The full hire agreement is completed at collection.
Hire day
A hire day is 24 hours, from 08:00 to 08:00. Late returns may be charged as an additional day.
Booking deposit
Online bookings require a card deposit to secure the vehicle. The remaining hire balance is payable on collection.
Mileage
Mileage is charged at 10p per mile after 100 or 300 miles, depending on the length of hire.
Fuel
The hirer is responsible for fuel used during hire and must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when hired.
Driver requirements
Drivers must hold a valid licence meeting our hire requirements. Age and years held are collected at booking, and licence and ID documents are checked at the yard. Additional drivers are subject to approval.
Insurance and excess
Insurance, road tax and 24/7 roadside assistance are included in the hire price. An excess applies in the event of damage or a claim; the amount is confirmed at the yard.
Cancellations
Contact the yard as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. How the deposit is treated depends on the notice given and whether the vehicle can be re-let.
Collection and return
Vehicles are collected from and returned to Unit 1 Hexthorpe Rd, Doncaster, DN4 0EJ during opening hours, unless otherwise agreed with the yard.
